In April this year, Randal Kelly will join the staff of Justice Advocacy Africa and travel to Uganda to teach American style trial advocacy. Although the civil justice system in African countries works differently that the American system, our style of advocacy is valued and sought after by these men and women who have committed their lives to seeking justice for their clients.
This is charitable work, and the JAA staff pay their own travel expenses and receive no compensation for their time. Other than the multiple vaccinations, and the dreaded jet lag of a 30-hour flight, counting layovers, Randy is looking forward to this unique and undoubtedly rewarding experience.
